Hands-Only CPR

Save a Life! Learn "Hands Only" CPR!

Sudden cardiac arrest claims about 1,000 lives a day in the United States. For every minute a patient waits for help, his or her chances for survival drop by 10%. However, YOU can help increase that survival rate. Research is showing that in cases where bystanders have witnessed a cardiac event and started "Hands Only" CPR, the survival rate - the patients who actually leave the hospital with some quality of life - increased 15-30% depending on the circumstances.

For more information go to the Arizona Department of Health Services AZ SHARE website or visit ADOHS on YouTube.
